http://www.cevennesceramique.fr/ ANDUZE on Sunday 21 July will take place on the map of Brie its large market of potters and ceramicists from all regions of France but also of our friends potters inhabitants whose renown is no longer to remove. Event organized by the association of the Cévennes potters for its fifth edition. Wealth and the growing success which notoriety is more to do and which takes both the quality of the exposed pottery, diversity, originality. All directed by freaks of the pottery that day an explosion of shapes and colors from the most extravagant to the most simple you will dazzle and amaze you. Not to mention the price which will be within the reach of all budgets. What have fun without restraint any. This day will be punctuated to jarre rope demonstrations carried out by Raymonde Duque Vanlerberghe President of our association. One of the few women in France to master this ancient but very physical technique. The weight of jars ranging from 30 to 80 KG of clay Didier Travier also host this day by turning on his tour of the Anduze vases (shot in the former).
The public and the exhibitors will not be forgotten. Indeed all ceramic artists are invited to submit a single work whose theme this year is: Reinventing a utilitarian object. The public will vote for the work that pleases him most and the ceramist most franchise will be awarded a premium. And then we will draw lots in the ballot box will be the lucky winner among voters and who will receive free of charge the winning work.
