The association "Montpellier Queen a heart" celebrates the 7th edition of the Montpellier Queen: charity race against breast cancer, Sunday, May 31, 2015. Last year, 6 000 people participated in the 6th edition. Montpellier Queen awaits you to support its fight against breast cancer, by participating in this fun course of 4.5 kms in the coat of arms of Montpellier, accessible to everyone and to all generations. This family event took its rightful place in the Montpellier landscape. To mark the minds and celebrate the 7 years of the Montpellier Queen, expect you from 9 h du Peyrou gardens to offer you even more animations and workshops: child workshop, collective heating, photo workshop, workshop to make a map of the mother day, nails and make-up workshop... before the departure of the race scheduled at 11: 00 at the jardins du Peyrou. The bibs will be removed Saturday, May 30, 2015 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the jardins du Peyrou. Like every year, the Queen Montpellier offers many challenges. Challenge of the greatest team in business, family, friends, associations and schools as well as the assistance of the best fancy dress. For the third consecutive year, Reno Lemaire (Dreamland manga artist) and Dadi (BD Nicollin cartoonist) will be the sponsors of the race to the side of the godmothers: Charlotte Consorti and Monique Ewanjé Epée. This course not timed, favours conviviality and good humor to the performance. Running or walking, take part in the event and be proud to be Montpellier Queen! The funds collected through registration will be donated to the ICM as well as Montpellier Institute breast and women Committee's prevention and screening for cancers. Tariffs: €12 per person, free for children under 7 years old.
