Framed by professional oenologist, producer, sommelier, participants will discover the secret world of the creation of bubbles, will participate in the development of 'Traditional method' sparkling wine and will create their own vintage! Session day, possibly a half day version. 15 to 20 participants. During this day of exploration and participation in the "world of bubbles", participants will learn about the basics of wine techniques on the vineyard.
