Open website http://www.tourisme-haut-minervois.fr Classified in the UNESCO heritage list, the Canal du Midi was built by Pierre Paul Riquet in the 17th century. It is an exceptional work of art of 240 km long joining the town of Toulouse to Sète. It was used for commercial transport but is now only dedicated to leisure activities. You can discover the Canal by foot, by bike on the towpass and you can also discover the Canal thanks to guided tours by boat.
