The vines are worked in organic agriculture with low performance. We pick our grapes by hand, which allows to get it sorted in the vineyards and retain the best products. To extract the maximum of aromas and help them flourish, we raise different vintages in barrels between 12 and 18 months. On-site, an exhibition «from vine to wine"' will reveal the secrets of the winegrower on winemaking as well as numerous animations techniques to throughout the year.
